How we work: We are a tight-knit and fast-paced team, although we make time for training and skill-sharing opportunities whenever possible. We are strongly youth-led and we value everyone's opinion, and this is reflected in our decision-making. We also try to walk the talk and test out sustainable solutions in the office. (At the moment we're planning a parking-spot garden and learning how to generate electricity from bicycles!)
